Most of California to impose stay-at-home orders by Sunday as ICU capacity drops

A Stay-At-Home order, aimed at fighting the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, will take effect in most of California, US, affecting >30 million residents, after hospital capacity dropped to critically low levels in 2 regions representing the southern 1/2 of the state.
